DELODUR® Design is a screen printed toughened safety glass. FLACHGLAS Wernberg offers you two different technologies for the printing with ceramic colours: screen printing and digital printing with the DesignJet. Both procedures use the particular advantages of ceramic colours, such as for example the high scratch resistance and the good resistance to chemicals. What's more: ceramic colours are lead-, cadmium- and lithium-free.

Digital printing with the DesignJet allows for direct application of ceramic colours on the glass by using a plotter. The design can be composed of any desired computerised data.

Screen printing technology means that the colour is printed with a squeegee onto the glass surface passing it through a close-meshed screen. Multi-colour printing with a maximum of four colours printed one above the other is also possible.
