We aspire to achieve the best solutions at all times. That is why we have brought together within our company specialists in all areas of glass processing. Thanks to their expert knowledge, own-initiative and inventiveness, they can jointly master even the most demanding challenges. For, the commitment and the motivation of our employees is high. Our employee participation model founded in 1999 is an expression of this particular attachment to the company.  

A constant exchange of ideas, and a firm resolve to find solutions are shaping the team work in our company. We promote individual creativity, and utilize the opportunities that arise from allowing a variety of approaches. The best aspect of tackling new tasks is not just the technical challenges, but also the goal-oriented, innovative and collaborative effort by all participants.

Our employees are highly motivated and are working with great commitment. One reason is the participation model that was introduced in 1999. According to this, the employees hold 51 % of the company capital. With our united efforts to find the best solution we are able to turn visions into reality.
