In some projects everything fits perfectly together. For example, when the dream ship brand AIDA anchors in Hamburg St. Pauli and moves right into the heart of Hamburg’s famous red-light district. Into a building, whose facade virtually spells this colour – with printed glass made in Wernberg-Köblitz.

The key to the sky.
The roof of the world is said to be in Tibet. It is unclear, though, where the door to the netherworld is located. What is sure by now is where to find the key to the sky: in Zurich, actually. It is almost entirely made of glass. And FLACHGLAS Wernberg has a finger in the pie.

We were well prepared. We had slogged and swotted and we had tested each other. On July 9 and 10, 2013 the time had come: Inspectors of the “VBG”, the German Accident Prevention and Insurance Association, came to FLACHGLAS Wernberg – and checked anything, really absolutely anything having to do with occupational safety.

4th Health Action Day in Wernberg-Köblitz.

This year, too, on November 6, 2013 the FLACHGLAS Wernberg GmbH organised a Health Action Day for its employees. Again, they were offered numerous attractions like muesli bike, pulmonary function test, balance test and also interesting information on health and safety-atwork issues. Many thanks to our OHS team for the great job they’ve done!
